About this website
This website is operated by ELOI Oil LLP, company number OC423835, Suite 2, Ormond House, 26/27 Boswell Street, London, United Kingdom. Contact: info@eloi-oil.uk; +44 20 45 77 16 05.
Information and enquiries
The website provides product information, technical documents, Oil Finder guidance and a way to contact ELOI or discuss distribution. It is not an online shop. Submitting a form does not place an order, reserve stock or create a supply contract.
Choosing a product
Check the exact product name, viscosity, specifications and current technical data sheet against the equipment manufacturer's requirements. A performance level or recommendation is not a formal manufacturer approval unless expressly identified as such in the applicable product documentation.
Using Oil Finder
Oil Finder supports product selection from the vehicle information available. Select the exact engine and transmission. Confirm the result against the equipment documentation before use. Missing results do not confirm compatibility. Ask ELOI if the configuration or requirement is unclear.
Commercial arrangements
Local availability, packaging, quantities, prices, delivery and other sales terms are confirmed separately with ELOI or the relevant supplier. These website terms do not set payment, delivery, return or warranty terms for a sale.
Website content and links
ELOI branding and website materials may be used only with permission or as allowed by law. Third-party names identify applications or specifications and do not by themselves imply endorsement. External websites have their own terms and privacy information.
Accuracy and your rights
We take reasonable care with the information published and may update it as products or documents change. Report a suspected error to ELOI. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
